On Friday we got an assignment. We had an assignment to describe an interesting place in Sanata Dharma University Mrican. Actually we got some idea to describe Jamur Park in the east side of Sanata Dharma University.But, that idea same with Liche and her partner. So we yield for them. We felt confuse to find another interesting place. And then we took a pleasure trip in Sanata Dharma University. We round near Jamur Park, that is Economy Faculty. We arrived in front of Management study program class because we met some friends. That is the highest place in Sanata Dharma University Mrican.
In this time we will describe an interesting place in Sanata Dharma University Mrican. We find the highest place with beautiful scenery. That location is in 4th floor in the corner of Sanata Dharma University building. That place is near Management study program classes and upper Accountancy study program classes.That location is in front and beside of K.58, K.59, K.59 classes. That place like a waiting room. There are some desks for sitting the students. That place near the stair. We can see some buildings from there. We can see the roof of other buildings. We feel on above roof because that place is higher than other buildings.
We will tell you the detail. In the south side we can see Ambarukmo Plaza and Seribu Mountain in Gunung Kidul clearly, certainly we don’t only see that place, but we can also see some houses of society. From the east side we can see the Red Apartment only because that building is very big and near from Sanata Dharma University. So that building cover our sight to see other buildings. We can see many cars which are parked in front of Red Apartment from above. From the west side we can see some trees and there are Susteran Dormitory below. Susteran Dormitory is not multistoried building. So, we feel that the buildings are below us. In north side we can’t see anything because that is covered by K.60, K61 classes.
We feel enjoy to stay there because that place is not hot. There are some trees near that place which makes the place more comfortable. We feel as high as some trees. We can see the top of the trees. We can also see some birds perch on the branches of the tree and some bird’s nests. There are a lot of birds in Sanata Dharma University. Although that place is in the center of city, we feel as if it is a natural place.

At this moment I will tell you about my friend. Now I am study at English Education Faculty in Sanata Dharma University. I have a lot of friends with different culture and personality. But, I have one friend which make me interest about him. But I’m not only to be his friend but also I have many other friends. His name is Yohanes Ayon Bayu. But we always call his Ayon. He is a closemouthed person, but he is always gave us funny behavior. He is closemouthed but fully not closemouthed. He is a patient boy. He doesn’t angry if we ridicule his. I think he is a clever student in the class. Ayon is diligent and hard worker person in the class. He always understood to the lecturer given by lectures. When we took rest in the university, we always do something together. For example eat a lunch. He is an active smoker. When we take a rest he always smokes anytime.
Beside funny personality, Ayon has a funny body posture too. Ayon has a medium body. Ayon has a short very curly hair. His hair gives distinctiveness for Ayon. My friends like his hair. Ayon has a very round face, so he look very cute because he has very round face and short curly hair. Ayon hasn’t acne in his face. Ayon has a big and black eyes. He has a flat big nose. I think that is the funniest nose in the world. His skin is not to black, he has brown skin. His ears are not so big. He has small and thin lips. Ayon doesn’t has a mouth age and beard because I razor it regularly. Her face cleans because he hasn’t mouth age, beard, and acne. Ayon very interests about music. He likes listen to the music but he doesn’t well for playing music instrument. He just to be a goods music listener.

My name is Yeremia Indra Ismara but my friends always call me Indra or Indrex. I am 18 years old so I am a teenager. Now I am a student of English Education Study Program in Sanata Dharma University. I am a male but my Interactional Speech lecture Miss Dewi guess if I am a female because my first name is Yeremia. I am a fat man. My weight is 78 kilogram and my height is 170. That is not ideal body shape but I confident and comfort about my body. I have a dark brown skin. My face is oval and I don’t have some acnes. My hair is wavy and I hope have a long and wavy hair. My eye is big round brown eyes. I like my eyes because some girls tell me if I have a beautiful eyes and eyelash. My eyebrow is thick but I don’t look scared about that. I have a pointed nose. I think my nose is pointed for Indonesian size. My lip is rather thick. I don’t have a mouth age and beard because I razor it regularly. I have big ears but I’m not a good listener.

In describing my character, I have to say that I am a creative person. I am easy-going and funny person. If I give some jokes to my friends, they are always laugh and make the relax situation. I like joke but I am not a joker. I am a friendly person and I will very happy if I have a lot of friends. I’m rather selfish because I’m an only child in my family. My girlfriend tell about me if I’m childish person I don’t like it very much if my girlfriend say that again. But I am a loyal person because I loyal with my girlfriend until now. I am a hard worker person. It is proved that I always help my parents to do something at home. I am not a passion person because I like doing something immediately. I like sport. I like football and badminton. This sport just for pleasure and relax not to be occupied. I like listen to the music. I just a good music listener, I can’t play a music instrument very well

When I studied at SMA N 4 Yogyakarta, my school held study tour to Bali. That activity had to be followed by all of the students in the second grade of my Senior High School. For me it was the first time to go to Bali. Actually when I was in the 3rd grade of Stella Duce 1 Junior High School it also had been held study tour to Bali. But unfortunately when we arrived in Banyuwangi we got a bad news about Bali. It was happened the Bali Bomb 2 where some of places should be our destinations. Because of that bomb the harbor to Bali was closed. So we failed to go to Bali and we went back to Yogyakarta. We felt disappointed about that but I believed one day God would give me the chance to go there.

It was the announcement from my homeroom teacher, that the second grade students would go to Bali at the end of the 1st semester. That news made me very happy. I hoped that study tour would be successful. On 2nd January 2007 we gathered at school and we already went to Bali. We left for school at 1 p.m. We used six buses and we guided by 3 teachers each bus. We enjoyed our trip very much. Nobody got problem with health themselves in my bus. In the bus I and my friends didn’t sleep because it was very exciting trip for us. We didn’t realize that we had been arrived in the harbor. We were ready to take the ship and the amazing of Bali Island waited for us.

Arrived at Gilimanuk Harbor we continued our journey to Made Hotel by bus. In Made Hotel we prepared for ourselves to take a bath and then we had a lunch. After that we started to visit Tanjung Benoa. In there we could play banana boat, paracelling, flying fish,ect. We could go to Nusa Dua Island from Tanjung Benoa by boat. In the next day we visited the other amazing places in Bali. We went to Sangeh to look some funny monkeys there. We could give some food to the monkeys but we had to be careful, because some monkeys could rob the things we have. In the afternoon we visited GWK (Garuda Wisnu Kencana) which made me admired at Wisnu statue and the head of Garuda statue. In the night we saw the performance of Kecak Dance and others traditional dances in that place too. In the 3rd day we went to Bedugul, Jogger, and Kuta beach. Bedugul is the biggest lake in Bali. In that place we could take a boat and went around the lake. In Bedugul I took a tattoo. The next our destination is in Jogger. In Jogger we could buy some special T-shirt from Bali with full of proverb words like Dagadu in Yogyakarta, and then in the afternoon we could swim and enjoyed the beautiful of sunset in Kuta Beach. In the last day we went shopping in Sukowati market and special food of Bali shop all day. I was shopping very much. I spent a lot of money to buy some foods and many things in Bali for my family in Yogyakarta.

My journey in Bali had completed. It was time for us to go back to Yogyakarta. I brought a lot of “oleh-oleh” for my family. I felt tired but I was very happy and satisfied. On the way home I could sleep well and I was curious to meet my family soon. In fact I could go to Bali and enjoyed it. That was the first experience in my life. I hope in the next time I can visit Bali which is very interesting for me using my own salary.

On 29th to 30th August 2009, we are PBI students of Sanata Dharma took part a camping in Wonogondang Kaliurang. The purpose of that activity is for orientation period especially for new students. All of the students of PBI Sanata Dharma had to join the activity. Before the program of EWD was held, I felt confuse about the activity because I didn’t know what I should do. On 23th August 2009, a week before EWD, it was held pre-EWD. From that activity, we are the students of PBI Sanata Dharma got more information about EWD, So we didn’t feel confuse anymore. In that day we learned the song of “jingle PBI.”

The destination day of EWD was coming. We left from Sanata Dharma at 02.00 p.m to Wonogondang Kaliurang, by bus. On the way, we were curious about EWD. We arrived in Wonogondang at 03.00 p.m. The weather in that place is very cold, but we could enjoy the activity of EWD. In there we sang and danced the song of “jingle PBI” and that song could increase our spirit. We sang and danced that song enthusiastically.

Besides that, we did tracking and outbound activities. We needed more energy in doing that activities. So it will be better if our body is in good condition. Although in fact my body wasn’t fit, I could follow all of the activities perfectly. In my opinion, the most interesting activity is tracking. Because tracking make us could do adventure at midnight until morning. I never did it before. Tracking is similar to “jurit malam.”

In the last day, I felt sick. My body was unhealthy. I think it was because of cold weather and I felt very tired. Therefore I didn’t attend the lecture in the next morning. Even I got caught for many days after all that activities in EWD.

That’s all my experience of EWD in Wonogondang.
